Natasha Williams

Partner

Natasha is experienced in systems leadership, leading and managing a complex team to support strategy and innovation across multiple sites.

Her doctoral research in language and identity shapes her belief that an identity of belonging is fundamental to partnership, and this is at the core of what we believe at Holono.me. She brings expertise in research and data analytics. She is an organisation & relationship systems coach, she holds two honours degrees & a Masters in Leadership & Management.

Steve Dare

Partner

Steve has extensive experience working in different roles with non-profit boards throughout South-East Asia. He has supported a broad range of organisations with mission articulation and long-term strategy development, drawing on his fourteen years of experience as a Head of School in Hong Kong.

An Agency Trainer for the Thinking Collaborative, Steve is also a practicing iPEC coach and is currently completing qualifications to become a leadership and systems coach accredited through the International Coaching Federation. He regularly facilitates courses on coaching and building inclusive cultures in diverse settings. A passionate advocate for building relational systems, Steve believes that everyone has the capacity to make contributions that elevate thinking and promote action in support of a broader common purpose.

James Smith

Partner

James is an experienced leader, facilitator, researcher, and educationalist. He is an alumnus of the University of Oxford, graduating with a first class degree, and also holds a Doctorate in Education.

He specialises in school leadership, strategy and evaluation, having served as principal of a large IB World Through-School for a prominent group of international schools and in a variety of other senior roles in education. He is an experienced team chair and evaluator for the Council of International Schools and also conducts programme evaluation for the International Baccalaureate Organisation. He was born in the UK and lives and works in Hong Kong.
