Systems Coaching

Systems Coaching

Our systems coaching programme supports teams in their ways of working. Clients are educated in systems thinking, supporting empathy and understanding, conflict resolution and building a strong shared vision. We use robust tools to help systems understand their relationship, drawing on collective strengths to transform thinking and create new realities.

Using the principles of partnership, our coaches will skilfully help systems to consider:

  • How well defined and respected are the different roles within the system?
  • Where do you notice tensions, disconnects or unspoken issues that impact the system?
  • How can you foster greater integrity, authenticity and trust within the system?
  • How can you create the conditions for creative collaboration and generative change?
  • How does the system respond to challenges, conflicts and disruptions?
